As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, resident-centred care while providing clinical leadership within the service. You will support clinical governance, mentor and guide nursing staff, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, playing a key role in maintaining excellence in care delivery.
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Minimum 1 year experience as an RN in aged care
Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
Currently onshore in Australia
Strong clinical capability with demonstrated leadership skills
Willingness to relocate permanently to regional Queensland or NSW
